We visited Japan booth 3 times for 3 days.

1. SAKE
Japanese Sake is made from rice base.
The alcohol degree is 14~16 degree (less than Shochu).
You can also heat Sake for drinking.

These Sakes have flower aroma: *Nadeshiko and Abelia flower
*Nadeshiko: Caryophyllaceae, commonly called the pink family or carnation family
(The name of Sakura-chan's mother!!!!!)

2. SHOCHU
Shochu is made from rice and potato like Vodka.
In general the alcohol degree is higher than Sake. (around 20%)
There is the similar product(word) : Shochu(so-ju) in South Korea, Japan and China,
but they are all different.

3. Sparkling Sake
more traditional way
These are also sparkling Sake but it has less alcohol, so it's very easy to drink.
and there are some fruity aromas like yuzu.
The last one is also sparkling one, but it's not really sake or shochu.
The flavour is Yuzu fruit.
The alcohol degress is around 5%. Very sweet and easy to drink!!!!
