1. Dry - no noble rot/ simple/ unoaked -> drink young // oaked style as well
2. Tokaji Szamorodni - Dry or Sweet depends on noble rot. Mix both noble rot berries and healthy berries
3. Late Harvest - Modern style / noble rot berries could be used
4. Tokaji Aszu - no noble rot (residual sugar 120g/L) + Aszu berries (rotten berries) are added. This Aszu berry give sweetness.
5. Tokaji Essencia - Only noble rot(free-run juice of Aszu berries) (residual sugar 450g/L) very low alcohol : too sweetness kill the yeast. High acidity
