There was a celebrating party for our last study.
Although we have to wait the result of Wine certification exam, final exams and dissertation presentation, anyway we had a party at a beautiful chateau.
This chateau is installed with a lot of modern technology equipment.
Cuiver(Fermenting room), Cave(wine cellar) and private cellar are in the same building.
The building was created relatively recently and separated by 4 floors.
On the ground floor, it is fermenting room.
All the vats are controlled by machine.
On the first floor, there were several machine to sort grapes. And they can work on the top of vats to directly put grape juice.
Underground, there is wine cellar. On the first basement floor, there were a lot of oak barrels.
On the second basement level, it is private wine cellar.
After visiting wine production place, we moved to the main chateau.
Unfortunately, my camera didn't work well in the darkness, so I was not able to take a photo of the outside of chateau.
In the main chateau was also very modern and sophisticated.
Our school director gave us presents (wine- Chateau Pedesclaux 2014)
and said something for each of us.
It was quite late, I remember that it was already around 9 PM.
I was so hungry, there was a really good table.
We had really good time over there eating, drinking and talking.
I had almost 20 oysters.
Fantastic! LOL
This chateau is not so far from Chateau Pontet-canet.
